Was feeling unusually downtrodden when I read your post. I felt even heavier because I realized I haven’t done at least 8 things you have mentioned … easily for the past 2.5 months. I really want to really, sincerely, genuinely enjoyed my day again and for things to change, I have to change first. Thanks for wake up call.

Hi Dave!
I’m grateful to Vivienne to introduce your blog. I liked it most. Your thoughts are marelous and timetested. I believe we’re familiar to all these subconsciously, but the catch is reminding them in a day to day life. In a lot simpler and thoughtful ways to implement, just like you!!!
